My life themes revolve around the spiritual power held within nature, the bodys we inhabit, and how we engage with the two to heal and recover ourselves from multi generational and systemic trauma, disharmony and disconnection. I grew up on a farm in Virginia on the Rapphannock River and my farming heritage and early life experiences on the River and the land has led me through life knowing the power of the earth and my body’s ability to heal and reconnect with love. I am weaving the finite and the infinite, heaven and earth, spirit and body with contemporary somatic-based trauma science for restorative results. It is my purpose to help others in the process of slowly and gently learning to resource one’s own soft and tender existence and to feel safe within themselves.
